This Years Award is Sponsored by

CQUNIVERSITY AUSTRALIA (CQUNI).

It is with great pleasure that we showcase CQUniversity Australia, proud sponsors of the CEO – Private Sector Award category. CQUni have had a focus on leadership as a core for many years. CQUni dares to be different and demonstrates bold, open and responsive leadership to serve the needs of countless staff, students and alumni both in Australia and around the globe.

In 2020 CQUni is launching their Master of Business Administration (Leadership). Designed for the entrepreneur, business owner or corporate manager, the course, a first within Australia as it’s ultra-flexible (no due dates or terms!), will enable students to gain insights into the strategies, practices and key communication skills that underpin successful business leadership.

We are proud to be partnering with CQUniversity for the 2020 Outstanding Leadership Awards.

Countdown to Nominations

Nominations open for the Outstanding Leadership Awards on December 2, 2019.

Make sure your organisation showcases your leaders by nominating them in one of the categories below and brand your business as an employer of choice.

Why Nominate?

As a nominee in the Outstanding Leadership Awards you will have your leadership, work portfolio and values showcased by and for your organisation. These awards are about making you step into your leadership, be proud and shine beside other worthy leaders. Your nominations will be assessed by a panel of high-profile judges, each displaying outstanding leadership themselves. Likewise, their feedback will be invaluable to your own leadership style.

As an organisation, attracting employees who are a fit for your value system is essential when maintaining and creating your culture.  The awards will assist you in achieving this goal. Nominating one or more of your leaders gives you the opportunity to clearly identify your organisation as one that values brave, courageous and kind leaders and employees.
